Vehicle access before and during the event for unloading operations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the Tobacco Factory with vehicles for operations of loading \/ unloading of materials will be allowed freely with free parking in the dedicated area.<\/p>\n

In addition, a free trolley delivery service will be available with a deposit of \u20ac 100.00.<\/p>\n

NOTES FOR THE EXHIBITORS<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

To access the Tobacco Factory during the set-up and dismantling phases, it is mandatory to:<\/p>\n

– be up to date with the balance of invoices;<\/strong>
\n– register all the people who will have to guard the stand during the days (vehicles do not need to be registered).<\/strong>
\n– send the appropriate link to your stand assembler to proceed in turn to register the staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Super Green Pass<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To access the Cafasso Tobacco Factory it will be mandatory to show the Super Green Pass, which certifies healing or vaccination, the control of the temperature and the use of the face mask.<\/strong>
\nThose who come from non-EU countries must present a vaccination certificate in English, which confirms the inoculation and the type of vaccine approved by EMA.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Obligations to sanitize their own space for Exhibitors<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
