It is possible to book a Conference Hall as part of ArchaeoMeetings, the section of the Exchange for the presentation of projects, editorial and multimedia initiatives, for press conferences or other initiatives related to the themes of cultural tourism and the valorization of cultural heritage.

Each Hall is set up with a presidential table and at least 50 theater-style seats; it is equipped with an amplification system (fixed microphones and radio microphone), screen, video projector, personal computer, internet connection.
